Ingredients:
1 can Christa Tuna Tongol Chunk in Oil, drained
2 cup (320 g) Japanese rice
420 ml Water
70 g Carrot, thinly sliced
2 buah Shiitake mushroom, thinly sliced
100 g Young bamboo shoot, thinly sliced
4 tbsp Kikkoman (light soy sauce)
2 tbsp Sake/ unsweetened Apple juice
2 tbsp Mirin (rice wine)

Directions:
1.Wash and soak rice for 30 minutes.
2.Add 420 ml water and put all the ingredients in.
3.Mix and stir well then cook in the rice cooker.
4.Serve warm
