Misua has always been well loved and cherished in many Asian countries. We’ve thought of a special way to spice up this fan favourite recipe with our canned tuna! Here’s a quick and easy recipe for Meesua with tuna formulated by a nutritionist. You can use any of our delicious canned tuna in this recipe!
Serving size and cooking time:
50 g Christa Tuna Kampoeng Fried Rice Sauce
50 g Dry misua
25 g Bok choy, boil
25 g Tomato
200 ml Water
Salt, sesame oil, and pepper to taste
1.Boil misua in 200 ml water until fully cooked. Drain and put in a bowl.
2.Add tuna, bok choy, and tomato slices on top of misua.
3.Sprinkle some chopped scallion.
